Ordering from the website
We offer 10-20% discounts from time to time for people purchasing through the web, and great reductions in our sample sale, which includes items that have been used in photo shoots, fashion shows and TV programmes. We use paypal to ensure that the transaction is completely secure and hacker-proof. You will only put credit card details on a secure ( https ) site. We will not share your data with any other company or individual.
Ordering via email or telephone
Alternatively, if you would prefer to make an order via email please use our contact form to get in touch or you can also telephone us to order over the phone during UK working hours on +44 (0)20 7739 4237 Mon - Fri, using our secure credit card payment processor. We accept visa, mastercard, switch/maestro and visa delta payment cards. By Cheque, please make cheques payable to Lovemydog and put your home address and telephone number on the back. Delivery and postage charges
We are happy to deliver to any global destination. Postage & packing for the UK is £4.95 no matter how many parcels we send. For overseas destinations P&P is EC Countries £15, Worldwide £30.(Postage cost for exchanges is £3 for UK orders and £10 for overseas). In stock items are dispatched the next day - please allow 3-5 working days for the goods to arrive for UK destinations. Delivery time for overseas destinations please allow 5 - 10 working days.
Express delivery
This costs £10 and is available to UK telephone orders only. Delivery will be within 2-3 working days. Please note our ability to keep to these times is limited by the area in which you live- in case of any doubt please phone +44 (0)20 7739 4237 for details
Stock availability
Sadly, we cannot guarantee we will have all items in stock all the time. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you if we have more coming in and when. If you can wait we will place your order on back order and send the goods to you when they arrive. Our guarantee
Our products are designed with great care and affection and we hope you will be pleased with them. However if for any reason you're not, please return them unused and in the original packaging with in 14 days and we will refund or exchange them for you. Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items so please attach the correct postage.
